The initial slots generated by the OUR are now available for viewing. If you have questions about your initial schedule, you may address them to the OUR.
The online registration will start at 9AM on January 18 (Sun). On this first day, you may finalize your schedule if you no longer wish to change it. However, if you want to take chances then you can wait for a later date to finalize your schedule. You may also cancel your slots on courses you do not wish to take this semester as soon as the scheduled start of online registration.
You may then enlist, waitlist, and swap starting 9AM on January 19 (Mon). The online registration will end at 12NN on January 23 (Friday). The SystemOne DevTeam MIGHT enable Stragglers Time this semester; we will update the mechanics within the week of the online registration.
Accounts of students not included in the official student roster prepared by the OUR have their accounts deactivated. In addition, the OUR asked me to deactivate accounts of students who were dismissed, permanently disqualified, and those who incurred double probation. They will not be able to participate in the online registration through SystemOne.
The courses you are allowed to take this second semester is now available. If a course is not in your list of recommended courses, it may be because the changes in your plan of study, for one reason or another, did not reach the OUR. If your instructor or professor did not submit your grade in course X on or before the deadline set by the OUR and if course X is a prerequisite to course Y, then course Y will not be recommended to you as well.
If you need to take a course that is not in your recommended courses and if you have a proof, a valid document that says you can enlist the said course, proceed to your respective OCS (except CAS, CAS students are through me) and politely ask them to add the course to your recommended courses. You may do this starting tomorrow (Jan 14).
Your mini-checklist bearing the grades incurred in the recently concluded First Semester is now available. If you did not receive a grade for a course you registered last semester, it may be because your instructor or professor did not submit your grade on or before the deadline set by the OUR.
If there are any, it should also include the corrections to the erroneous entries that you reported to your College Secretary's Office. Finally, your mini-checklist should reflect the changes that you specified in your plan of study or in your GE plan provided that they were submitted on or before the set deadline.
Should you still find incorrect entries in your mini-checklist, look for Tita Cecil at the OUR and politely ask her to correct them.
The schedule of classes for Second Semester, 2014-15 is now available for viewing. Use this information to plan your schedule prior to the online registration.
